For those realtors looking for a professional photographer for listing their new homes (or headshots!), I'm your girl.

I offer hand edited (no tripod and timer here) photos - 30-50 photos of each home, sent to you via gallery with high resolution files. I also offer 3D virtual tours, and "matterport" style Dollhouse floorplans. I include multiple angles as well as up-close photos of items of interests - countertops, flooring colors, etc. And everything is color matched to real life - no yellow or blurry photos here!

With the COVID-19 scare, I'm offering services to help:

- I'm a licensed REALTOR, so I can view the homes alone

- I am super flexible and can turnaround photos in just a day or two

- I am self sufficient... I'll offer suggestions on cleaning and de-cluttering for photos

- I have safety measures to ensure I only touch the front doorknob (with gloves)

This little man wanted nothing to do with sleep... and that's okay. Usually, babies are not used to the lights, the clicks and the shuffle of a new person moving them around. They can change from your sleepy little baby to an unknown wide-eyed baby. And that's okay!

Wedding on the Water | DiMillos in Portland Maine

When Jennifer reached out to me, I was elated. I've known Jenn for a while and met Ryan recently at their family session this past summer. The way they look at each other, or TO each other, is a lesson we should all internalize. Both parents of young children, I saw them look at each other with love and acceptance. They look to each other when one kiddo wouldn't smile, or one wanted to run. I saw them leaning on each other and I saw it instantly. It was a fun, warm summer evening and as always with kids, they want to play. But I noticed something unique... this little family all helped each other out - sister helped brother when he couldn't find the shell he wanted. Ryan helped sister step over the sticks to get to her rock. It was awesome.

So when I received the call to ask me to photograph their wedding, I was pumped! I see their love clearly... and I as you all know, I love love. Perfect fit. :)

I also love that they chose a winter wedding! This winter wedding was exactly what you'd imagine - even with some snowflakes!

Senior photos taken at the Spring Point Lighthouse in South Portland, Maine. Great lighting at sunset, and less tourists make the evenings here the best time for photos. Seniors, take note! :)
